California Notary Exam Tutor is an iOS app provided by Kuuloa LLC that helps users study for the California Notary Public exam with practice questions, rule review, diagnostics, and mock exams. No account is required to use the app.
This app is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the California Secretary of State, CPS HR Consulting, or any government agency. The app does not provide legal advice and does not replace a California-approved notary education course.

2. Information Stored on Your Device
California Notary Exam Tutor stores study-related data locally on your device, such as your practice progress, selected answers, bookmarked questions, missed rules, diagnostic results, mock exam results, app settings, and purchase entitlement state.
This data is used to show your progress, personalize review sessions, resume practice, and unlock paid features. Kuuloa LLC does not require an account for this app and does not receive your study progress or answer history on a Kuuloa server.
3. Personal Information
The app does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, Social Security number, government ID, location, contacts, photos, or files.
The app may display links to official public sources or other external websites. If you open those links, the external websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid features, including Pro access if offered, are processed through Apple's App Store and StoreKit. Kuuloa LLC may receive purchase entitlement status from Apple so the app can unlock paid features. Kuuloa LLC does not receive your credit card number or full payment details.
5. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising
The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs. Kuuloa LLC does not sell your personal information.
Apple may provide developers with App Store analytics, crash diagnostics, TestFlight feedback, and purchase-related records according to Apple's systems and your device settings.
6. Educational and Legal Content
Study content in the app is provided for exam preparation and general educational purposes only. It is not legal advice, not a notarial service, and not a guarantee that you will pass an exam, obtain a commission, or receive approval from any agency.
7. Support Communications
If you contact Kuuloa LLC for support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device model, app version, and purchase status. We use that information to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.
8. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
