Haunted Map is an iOS entertainment map app by Kuuloa LLC that lets users browse haunted spots, related stories, map locations, saved spots, and user-created spot drafts. No account is required to use the app.

Data Stored on the Device

Haunted Map may store app data locally on the user's device, such as saved spot identifiers, browsing preferences, user-created spot drafts, selected draft photos, and app settings. This information is used to operate the app and is not uploaded to a Kuuloa LLC server.

Maps and Location

The app displays haunted spot coordinates and map views using iOS map services such as Apple MapKit. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's map searches, map tile requests, or current location through a Kuuloa LLC server.

If the user uses iOS map or location-related features, Apple may process related information according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's own policies.

Photos

If the user adds a photo to a spot draft, the app uses the iOS photo picker so the user can choose the photo. Selected photos may be copied into the app's local storage on the device. They are not uploaded to Kuuloa LLC.

Audio

Haunted Map may play bundled local sound effects in the app. The app does not request microphone access and does not record audio.

Purchases, Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

Haunted Map is currently provided without in-app purchases, subscriptions, third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking for cross-app advertising. The app does not sell personal data.

Apple may provide app performance information, crash diagnostics, TestFlight feedback, or App Store analytics according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's own policies. Kuuloa LLC may use that information to support and improve the app.

Support Communications

If the user contacts Kuuloa LLC for support, we may receive the information the user chooses to send, such as an email address, message contents, screenshots, device details, app version, or diagnostic details. We use that information only to respond to the support request and improve the app.

Deletion and Retention

Local app data remains on the user's device until the user deletes it in the app where available or deletes the app. Kuuloa LLC cannot access or delete data stored only on the user's device.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

This policy may be updated when the app changes. The last updated date will be updated when changes are made.

端末内に保存されるデータ

Haunted Map は現在、アプリ内課金、サブスクリプション、第三者広告 SDK、 第三者解析 SDK、クロスアプリ広告目的のトラッキングを利用していません。 また、個人データを販売しません。

Apple は、ユーザーの Apple 設定および Apple のポリシーに従って、 アプリのパフォーマンス情報、クラッシュ診断、TestFlight フィードバック、 App Store 解析情報を提供する場合があります。Kuuloa LLC は、これらの情報を アプリのサポートと改善のために利用することがあります。

サポート連絡

削除と保存期間

ローカルのアプリデータは、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除する、またはアプリを削除するまで、 ユーザーの端末内に残ります。端末内にのみ保存されたデータへ Kuuloa LLC が アクセスしたり削除したりすることはできません。

子どものプライバシー

このアプリは一般向けであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
