Haunted Map is an iOS entertainment map app by Kuuloa LLC that lets users browse haunted spots, related stories, map locations, saved spots, personal exploration records, and send optional spot information. No account is required to use the app.

Data Stored on the Device

Haunted Map may store app data locally on the user's device, such as viewed and saved spot identifiers, visit dates, private notes, browsing preferences, notification preferences, and app settings. Older app versions may also have stored spot drafts and selected draft photos; Settings provides a control to delete those legacy files. This information remains on the device unless the user explicitly sends information by email. Only after the user opts in to anonymous usage sharing, a short queue of privacy-limited product events may also be stored on the device until it is sent or deleted.

Maps and Location

The app displays haunted spot coordinates and map views using iOS map services such as Apple MapKit. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's map searches, map tile requests, or current location through a Kuuloa LLC server.

If the user uses iOS map or location-related features, Apple may process related information according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's own policies.

Photos

If the user adds a photo to a spot draft, the app uses the iOS photo picker so the user can choose the photo. The selected image is resized locally and held temporarily for the mail attachment. A photo is shared with Kuuloa LLC only if the user chooses “Email the team” and then completes sending it from the iOS mail composer or mail app.

Purchases, Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

Haunted Map offers an optional non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple. Apple processes the transaction and payment details. The app receives product and entitlement status from StoreKit, and Kuuloa LLC may receive sales and transaction reports from Apple. The app does not offer an auto-renewing subscription.

Anonymous usage sharing is off by default. To understand whether core features are useful, the app sends first-party product events to a Kuuloa LLC endpoint only after the user explicitly enables “Share Anonymous Usage Data” in Settings. The user can disable it at any time. Disabling it stops future collection and transmission and deletes all events that have not yet been sent. These events include actions such as starting a session, completing onboarding, opening a spot, changing an exploration record, returning on a measured day after installation, viewing the purchase screen, and completing a purchase. They include a random identifier limited to the current app session, app/build version, operating-system major version, timestamp, and coarse predefined result categories. They do not include a persistent device or user identifier, precise location, map search text, spot identifier, private note, photo, advertising identifier, or contact information.

Haunted Map does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, does not track users across apps or websites for advertising, and does not sell personal data. First-party event records are retained for no longer than 90 days before aggregation or deletion.

Our hosting provider may temporarily process ordinary network request information, such as an IP address and HTTP headers, to deliver and secure the analytics endpoint. Kuuloa LLC does not add that request information to the product-event payload or use it to build a cross-session user profile.

Kuuloa LLC requires service providers that process data on its behalf to use it only on Kuuloa LLC's instructions and for the purposes described in this policy, and to provide protections equivalent to those described in this policy.

Apple may provide app performance information, crash diagnostics, TestFlight feedback, or App Store analytics according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's own policies. Kuuloa LLC may use that information to support and improve the app.

Support Communications

If the user contacts Kuuloa LLC for support, we may receive the information the user chooses to send, such as an email address, message contents, screenshots, device details, app version, or diagnostic details. We use that information only to respond to the support request and improve the app.

Deletion and Retention

Local app data remains on the user's device until the user deletes it in the app where available or deletes the app. Kuuloa LLC cannot access or delete data stored only on the user's device. Users can disable anonymous usage sharing at any time in Settings; disabling it prevents new collection and transmission and deletes all unsent product events. Settings also provides a separate control to delete unsent events. Sent product events are deleted or aggregated within 90 days. Because they contain only a session-limited random identifier and no account or persistent identifier, Kuuloa LLC cannot identify a specific user's previously sent events for individual deletion. Email submissions and support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to review the submission, respond, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Users may contact us about deletion of information they sent directly.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

端末内に保存されるデータ

本アプリは、閲覧・保存したスポットの識別子、訪問日、非公開メモ、閲覧設定、 通知設定、アプリ設定などをユーザーの端末内に保存する場合があります。旧版では スポット下書きや選択写真を保存していた場合があり、設定画面から旧データを削除 できます。これらはアプリを動作させるために利用され、ユーザーが情報をメールで 明示的に送信しない限り端末内に残ります。 また、ユーザーが匿名の利用状況共有に同意した場合に限り、プライバシーに 配慮した利用状況イベントが、送信または削除されるまで短期間端末内のキューに 保存される場合があります。

地図と位置情報

本アプリは、iOS の地図サービス（Apple MapKit など）を使用して、 心霊スポットの座標と地図表示を提供します。Kuuloa LLC は、Kuuloa LLC の サーバーを通じて、ユーザーの地図検索、地図タイルのリクエスト、現在地を 受け取りません。

ユーザーが iOS の地図または位置情報に関連する機能を利用する場合、 Apple はユーザーの Apple 設定および Apple のポリシーに従って、 関連情報を処理する場合があります。

写真

ユーザーがスポット下書きに写真を追加する場合、本アプリは iOS の写真ピッカーを 使用して、ユーザーが写真を選択できるようにします。選択画像は端末上で縮小され、 メール添付のため一時的に保持されます。ユーザーが「運営へメール」を選び、 iOS のメール作成画面またはメールアプリで送信を完了した場合に限り、写真が Kuuloa LLC と共有されます。

課金、解析、トラッキング、広告

Haunted Map は、Apple を通じた任意の買い切り型アプリ内課金を提供します。 決済情報は Apple が処理し、本アプリは StoreKit から商品情報と利用権の状態を 受け取ります。Kuuloa LLC は Apple から売上・取引レポートを受け取る場合があります。 自動更新サブスクリプションは提供しません。

本アプリは第三者広告 SDK・第三者解析 SDK を使用せず、広告目的でアプリや ウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングを行わず、個人データを販売しません。 送信されたファーストパーティイベントは、90日以内に集計または削除します。

ホスティング事業者は、解析エンドポイントの配信と保護のため、IPアドレスや HTTPヘッダーなど通常のネットワークリクエスト情報を一時的に処理する場合があります。 Kuuloa LLC はこれらを利用状況イベントのペイロードへ追加せず、起動をまたぐ ユーザープロファイルの作成にも利用しません。

Kuuloa LLC は、委託先が Kuuloa LLC の指示および本ポリシーに記載した目的の 範囲内でのみデータを処理し、本ポリシーに記載したものと同等の保護を提供するよう 求めます。

Apple は、ユーザーの Apple 設定および Apple のポリシーに従って、 アプリのパフォーマンス情報、クラッシュ診断、TestFlight フィードバック、 App Store 解析情報を提供する場合があります。Kuuloa LLC は、これらの情報を アプリのサポートと改善のために利用することがあります。

サポート連絡

ユーザーが Kuuloa LLC へサポート連絡をした場合、ユーザーが送信した メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容、スクリーンショット、端末情報、アプリバージョン、 診断情報などを受け取ることがあります。これらの情報は、問い合わせへの返信と アプリ改善のために利用します。

削除と保存期間

ローカルのアプリデータは、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除する、またはアプリを削除するまで、 ユーザーの端末内に残ります。端末内にのみ保存されたデータへ Kuuloa LLC が アクセスしたり削除したりすることはできません。匿名の利用状況共有は設定からいつでも 無効にでき、無効にすると新たな収集と送信を停止し、未送信イベントをすべて削除します。 設定には未送信イベントだけを削除する操作もあります。送信済みイベントは90日以内に 削除または集計します。送信済みイベントにはセッション内だけのランダム識別子しかなく、 アカウントや永続的な識別子が含まれないため、Kuuloa LLC は特定ユーザーの送信済み イベントを識別して個別に削除できません。メールで送られた情報提供やサポート内容は、 確認・返信・業務記録・法的義務に合理的に必要な期間だけ保存します。ユーザーは直接 送信した情報の削除について問い合わせることができます。

子どものプライバシー

このアプリは一般向けであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。

変更

このポリシーは、アプリの変更に応じて更新される場合があります。 変更時には最終更新日を更新します。
