JLPT Japanese Listening is an iOS app by Kuuloa LLC that helps users practice Japanese listening with original N5, N4, and N3 style audio lessons, answer choices, explanations, scripts, and review sessions. No personal account registration is required to use the app.

This app is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Japan Foundation, Japan Educational Exchanges and Services, or any official JLPT administrator.

Data Stored on the Device

The app may store lesson progress, selected answers, correct and incorrect attempt counts, completed lesson status, review list status, saved-for-review status, study dates, streak information, accuracy summaries, app settings, and purchase entitlement state on the user's device. This information is used to provide listening practice, progress display, review sessions, and app settings.

Kuuloa LLC does not operate a server account system for this app, and the app does not send lesson progress, answer history, review status, or study statistics to a Kuuloa LLC server as part of the normal learning experience.

Personal Information

The app does not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, postal address, location, contacts, photos, files, camera access, or microphone access. The app does not record the user's voice.

Audio Playback

Listening audio is bundled inside the app and played from the user's device. The app does not send the user's playback activity to Kuuloa LLC, and it does not call a text-to-speech service, such as Google Text-to-Speech, each time the user plays lesson audio.

Purchases

If the app offers paid features, purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app receives purchase entitlement status from Apple to unlock paid features. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's payment card details.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

JLPT Japanese Listening does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking for cross-app advertising. The app does not sell personal data.

Apple may provide app performance information, crash diagnostics, purchase records, TestFlight feedback, or App Store analytics according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's own policies. Kuuloa LLC may use that information to support and improve the app.

Support Communications

If the user contacts Kuuloa LLC for support, we may receive the information the user chooses to send, such as an email address, message contents, screenshots, device details, app version, or diagnostic details. We use that information only to respond to the support request and improve the app.

Deletion and Retention

Local learning data remains on the user's device until the user resets progress in the app where available, clears app data where available, or deletes the app. Kuuloa LLC cannot access or delete data stored only on the user's device.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app changes. The last updated date will be updated when changes are made.

本アプリは独立した学習用アプリです。国際交流基金、日本国際教育支援協会、 その他の日本語能力試験の公式運営団体が運営、承認、提携するものではありません。

端末内に保存されるデータ

本アプリは、レッスン進捗、選択した回答、正解・不正解の回数、 完了済みレッスン、復習リスト、復習保存状態、学習日、連続学習日数、 正答率の概要、アプリ設定、購入状態などをユーザーの端末内に保存する場合があります。 これらの情報は、リスニング練習、進捗表示、復習機能、アプリ設定を提供するために利用されます。

Kuuloa LLC は本アプリ向けのサーバーアカウント機能を運営していません。 また、通常の学習体験において、学習進捗、回答履歴、復習状態、学習統計を Kuuloa LLC のサーバーへ送信しません。

個人情報

本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、位置情報、連絡先、 写真、ファイル、カメラ、マイクへのアクセスの提供をユーザーに求めません。 また、ユーザーの音声を録音しません。

音声再生

リスニング音声はアプリ内に同梱され、ユーザーの端末上で再生されます。 本アプリは、音声の再生状況を Kuuloa LLC に送信しません。また、ユーザーが レッスン音声を再生するたびに Google Text-to-Speech などの音声合成サービスを 呼び出すことはありません。

課金

有料機能が提供される場合、購入は Apple の StoreKit および App Store によって処理されます。 本アプリは Apple から購入状態を受け取り、有料機能の有効化に利用します。 Kuuloa LLC はユーザーの支払いカード情報を受け取りません。

解析、トラッキング、広告

JLPT Japanese Listening は、第三者広告 SDK、第三者解析 SDK、または アプリ横断広告のためのトラッキングを使用しません。本アプリは個人データを販売しません。

Apple は、ユーザーの Apple 設定および Apple のポリシーに基づき、 アプリのパフォーマンス情報、クラッシュ診断、購入記録、TestFlight フィードバック、 App Store 解析情報を提供する場合があります。Kuuloa LLC は、それらの情報を アプリのサポートおよび改善のために利用する場合があります。

サポートへの連絡

削除と保存期間

端末内の学習データは、ユーザーがアプリ内で進捗をリセットする場合、 端末上でアプリデータを削除する場合、またはアプリを削除するまで端末内に保存されます。 Kuuloa LLC は、端末内にのみ保存されたデータにアクセスしたり削除したりすることはできません。

子どもの利用

本アプリは一般向けであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象としたものではありません。

変更

本ポリシーは、アプリの変更に応じて更新される場合があります。変更が行われた場合、 最終更新日を更新します。
