Collection Tracker - Kiroku は、コレクションの記録、写真、動画、保管場所、 価格、メモ、確認履歴を端末内で管理するアプリです。

収集する情報

このアプリは、開発者が運営するサーバーへユーザーのコレクションデータ、 写真、動画、メモ、位置情報、連絡先を送信しません。アカウント登録機能もありません。

ユーザーがアプリ内で入力または選択した以下の情報は、端末内に保存されます。

• コレクション名、説明、アイテム名、タグ、メモ
• 購入価格、推定価値、通貨設定
• 保管場所名、保管場所メモ、確認リマインダー設定
• 確認履歴
• ユーザーが選択または撮影した写真、動画

写真、動画、テキスト認識

写真と動画は、ユーザーが選択または撮影した場合のみアプリ内で利用されます。 写真からタイトルやメモ候補を作るために、端末上のテキスト認識機能を使用する場合があります。 この処理は端末上で行われ、開発者のサーバーには送信されません。

通知

ユーザーがリマインダーを有効にした場合、保管場所の再確認を促すローカル通知を表示します。 通知は設定でオフにできます。

課金

Premium 購入が提供される場合、iOS では Apple の App 内課金、Android では Google Play Billing によって処理されます。 アプリは各ストアから購入状態を受け取り、Premium 機能の有効化に利用します。 決済情報そのものは Kuuloa LLC のサーバーには送信されません。

バックアップと削除

このアプリは、開発者が運営するクラウド同期またはクラウドバックアップを提供しません。 端末や OS の設定により、iCloud バックアップなどの端末バックアップに含まれる場合があります。 ユーザーはアプリ内のエクスポート機能でバックアップを作成できます。アプリ内の削除機能または アプリのアンインストールにより、端末内のデータを削除できます。エクスポートしたバックアップファイルは ユーザー自身が管理します。

データ共有

このアプリは、ユーザーのコレクションデータ、写真、動画を販売しません。また、開発者が運営するサーバーへ 送信しません。

Collection Tracker - Kiroku helps users manage collection records, photos, videos, storage locations, prices, notes, and check history on their device.

Information We Handle

Kiroku does not send collection data, photos, videos, notes, contacts, or location data to a developer-operated server. This version does not provide a developer-operated account system.

Data entered or selected by the user is stored locally on the device, including:

• Collection names, descriptions, item names, tags, and notes
• Purchase prices, estimated values, and currency settings
• Storage location names, storage notes, and reminder settings
• Check history
• Photos and videos selected or captured by the user

Photos, Videos, and Text Recognition

Photos and videos are used only when selected or captured by the user. Kiroku may use on-device text recognition to suggest item titles or notes from selected photos. This processing runs on device and is not sent to a developer-operated server.

Notifications

If reminders are enabled, Kiroku schedules local notifications for storage-location re-checks. Notifications can be disabled in settings.

Purchases

If Premium purchases are offered, they are processed by Apple In-App Purchase on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android. Kiroku receives entitlement status from the relevant store to unlock Premium features. Payment card details are not sent to Kuuloa LLC servers.

Backup and Deletion

Kiroku does not provide developer-operated cloud sync or cloud backup. Depending on device and OS settings, app data may be included in device-level backups such as iCloud Backup. Users can create backups using the in-app export feature. Users can delete data in the app or by uninstalling the app. Exported backup files are controlled by the user.

Data Sharing

Kiroku does not sell user data and does not upload collection data, photos, or videos to a developer-operated server.
