NY DMV Japanese Prep is an iOS app by Kuuloa LLC that helps users study for the New York learner permit written test in Japanese. No account is required to use the app.

This app is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles or any government agency.

Data Stored on the Device

The app may store study progress, selected answers, bookmarked questions, missed questions, settings, and purchase entitlement state on the user's device. This information is used to provide practice sessions, mock tests, review lists, and app settings.

Kuuloa LLC does not operate a server account system for this app, and the app does not send study progress or answer history to a Kuuloa LLC server.

Personal Information

The app does not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, postal address, driver's license number, Social Security number, location, contacts, photos, or files.

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app receives purchase entitlement status from Apple to unlock Premium features. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's payment card details.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

NY DMV Japanese Prep does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking for cross-app advertising. The app does not sell personal data.

Apple may provide app performance information, crash diagnostics, purchase records, TestFlight feedback, or App Store analytics according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's own policies. Kuuloa LLC may use that information to support and improve the app.

Support Communications

If the user contacts Kuuloa LLC for support, we may receive the information the user chooses to send, such as an email address, message contents, screenshots, device details, or app version. We use that information only to respond to the support request and improve the app.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
