Pet Vet Log - Kiroku is a local-first app by Kuuloa LLC for keeping pet veterinary visit records on the user's device. No account is required to use the app.

Data Stored in the App

The app may store the following information in local app storage when entered, selected, captured, or recorded by the user:

• Pet profile information, including pet name, species, breed, birth date, and optional pet photo
• Veterinary visit information, including visit date, clinic name, amount, currency, diagnosis notes, and follow-up notes
• Optional receipt photos
• Text detected from receipt images using on-device OCR
• Optional audio notes recorded through the device's audio recorder
• App preferences such as language, currency, default pet type, amount hiding, selected pet, premium entitlement state, and receipt scan count

Data Collection and Sharing

Pet Vet Log - Kiroku does not operate a developer server for user records and does not automatically send pet profiles, veterinary visit records, receipt photos, OCR text, or audio notes to Kuuloa LLC.

Users can choose to export or share PDF, CSV, or text records through the Android share sheet. In that case, the data is shared only with the destination selected by the user.

Photos, OCR, and Audio

Receipt photos and pet photos are used only when selected or captured by the user. Receipt OCR is processed on the device using Google ML Kit text recognition. Optional audio notes are created only when the user starts recording through the device's audio recorder.

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. The app receives purchase entitlement status from Google Play to unlock Premium features. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's payment card details.

Permissions and Device Access

The app can open the device camera app to capture receipt photos and can open the device image picker to select images. The app can open the device audio recorder for optional audio notes. These actions are initiated by the user.

Backup, Retention, and Deletion

Records are stored in the app's private local storage on the device. Android automatic cloud backup is disabled for this app. Data remains on the device until the user deletes it or uninstalls the app.

Users can delete individual visit records in the app. Deleting a pet also deletes that pet's visit history. Uninstalling the app removes its local app data from the device. Exported files are controlled by the user.

Children

The app is intended for general pet owners and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app changes. The last updated date will be updated when changes are made.

データ収集と共有

Pet Vet Log - Kiroku は、ユーザーの受診記録用サーバーを運用しておらず、 ペットプロフィール、受診記録、レシート写真、OCR文字、音声メモを Kuuloa LLC へ 自動送信しません。

ユーザーが PDF、CSV、テキストの共有または書き出しを選んだ場合のみ、 Android の共有シートを通じてユーザーが選択した送信先へデータが共有されます。

写真、OCR、音声

レシート写真とペット写真は、ユーザーが選択または撮影した場合のみアプリ内で 利用されます。レシートOCRは Google ML Kit の文字認識により端末上で処理されます。 任意の音声メモは、ユーザーが端末の録音アプリを通じて録音を開始した場合のみ作成されます。

課金

Premium 購入は Google Play Billing によって処理されます。このアプリは Google Play から購入状態を受け取り、Premium 機能の有効化に利用します。 Kuuloa LLC はユーザーの支払いカード情報を受け取りません。

権限と端末機能

このアプリは、ユーザー操作により端末のカメラアプリを開いてレシート写真を 撮影したり、画像選択機能を開いたりできます。また、任意の音声メモのために 端末の録音アプリを開くことがあります。これらの操作はユーザーが開始します。

バックアップ、保存期間、削除

記録は端末内のアプリ専用ストレージに保存されます。このアプリでは Android の 自動クラウドバックアップを無効にしています。データは、ユーザーが削除するか アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存されます。

受診記録はアプリ内で個別に削除できます。ペットを削除すると、そのペットの 受診履歴も削除されます。アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のアプリデータは 削除されます。エクスポートしたファイルはユーザー自身が管理します。

子ども向けではないこと

このアプリは一般のペットオーナー向けであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象にした アプリではありません。

改定

アプリの変更に合わせて、このポリシーを更新する場合があります。変更時には 最終更新日を更新します。
