RepCue is an iOS and Apple Watch interval workout timer app by Kuuloa LLC. RepCue helps users create, edit, run, and save interval workouts. No account is required to use the app.

RepCue is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or health advice. Users should choose workouts that are appropriate for their own condition and consult a qualified professional when needed.

Workout Data Stored on the Device

RepCue may store workout titles, interval names, interval duration or rep targets, notes, colors, preset selections, workout history, timer preferences, audio cue preferences, volume settings, onboarding state, selected display language, and notification permission state on the user's device. This information is used to operate the app and is not uploaded to a Kuuloa LLC server as part of the normal timer experience.

AI Workout Generation

If the user chooses to use AI workout generation, RepCue sends the user's workout prompt and selected quick constraints, such as goal, duration, equipment, level, rest style, and language, to a RepCue API endpoint operated by Kuuloa LLC on Vercel. The endpoint uses OpenAI to generate an editable workout plan.

Users should not include sensitive personal, medical, or health information in AI prompts. RepCue does not send the user's saved workout library or workout history to the AI endpoint unless the user manually includes that information in the prompt.

Notifications and Live Activities

If the user enables interval reminders, RepCue may use iOS local notifications, sounds, and Live Activities to show timer cues during a workout. RepCue does not use remote push notifications operated by Kuuloa LLC.

Audio and Speech Cues

RepCue may use bundled audio files and Apple's on-device speech synthesis to announce timer cues. Audio cue settings are stored on the device. RepCue does not record the user's voice or microphone audio.

Apple Watch and HealthKit

If the user uses the Apple Watch app, RepCue may request HealthKit permission to start a workout session on Apple Watch so interval cues remain reliable during exercise. RepCue does not upload HealthKit data to Kuuloa LLC servers. Health data is controlled by Apple Health permissions and the user's device settings.

Sharing and Export

If the user exports workouts or workout history, the user controls when and where that information is shared. Information shared through iOS share features is handled by the selected destination or service, not by Kuuloa LLC.

Purchases

If RepCue offers paid features, purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's payment card details.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

RepCue does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking for cross-app advertising. The app does not sell personal data.

Apple may provide app performance information, crash diagnostics, purchase records, TestFlight feedback, or App Store analytics according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's own policies. Kuuloa LLC may use that information to support and improve the app.

Support Communications

If the user contacts Kuuloa LLC for support, we may receive the information the user chooses to send, such as an email address, message contents, screenshots, device details, app version, or diagnostic details. We use that information only to respond to the support request and improve the app.

Deletion and Retention

Local workout data remains on the user's device until the user edits or deletes it in the app, clears app data where available, or deletes the app. Kuuloa LLC cannot access or delete data stored only on the user's device.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

This policy may be updated when the app changes. The last updated date will be updated when changes are made.

端末内に保存されるワークアウトデータ

RepCue は、ワークアウト名、インターバル名、時間または回数の目標、メモ、 色、プリセット選択、実行履歴、タイマー設定、音声キュー設定、音量設定、 オンボーディング状態、表示言語、通知許可状態などをユーザーの端末内に保存する場合があります。 これらはアプリを動作させるために利用され、通常のタイマー利用において Kuuloa LLC のサーバーへアップロードされません。

AI ワークアウト生成

ユーザーが AI ワークアウト生成を利用する場合、RepCue はユーザーが入力した ワークアウトプロンプトと、目的、時間、器具、レベル、休憩スタイル、言語などの クイック制約を、Kuuloa LLC が Vercel 上で運営する RepCue API エンドポイントへ 送信します。このエンドポイントは OpenAI を利用して、編集可能なワークアウト案を生成します。

AI プロンプトには、センシティブな個人情報、医療情報、健康情報を含めないでください。 RepCue は、ユーザーがプロンプトへ手動で含めない限り、保存済みワークアウト一覧や 実行履歴を AI エンドポイントへ送信しません。

通知とライブアクティビティ

ユーザーがインターバル通知を有効にした場合、RepCue はワークアウト中のタイマーキューを 表示するために、iOS のローカル通知、サウンド、ライブアクティビティを使用する場合があります。 Kuuloa LLC が運営するリモートプッシュ通知は使用しません。

音声と読み上げキュー

RepCue は、タイマーキューを知らせるために、同梱音声ファイルや Apple の端末内音声合成を 利用する場合があります。音声キュー設定は端末内に保存されます。 RepCue はユーザーの声やマイク音声を録音しません。

Apple Watch と HealthKit

ユーザーが Apple Watch アプリを利用する場合、RepCue は運動中のインターバルキューを 安定して動作させるために、Apple Watch 上でワークアウトセッションを開始する HealthKit 権限を求める場合があります。RepCue は HealthKit データを Kuuloa LLC の サーバーへアップロードしません。健康データは Apple Health の権限とユーザーの 端末設定によって管理されます。

共有と書き出し

ユーザーがワークアウトや実行履歴を書き出す場合、いつ、どこへ共有するかは ユーザーが管理します。iOS の共有機能を通じて共有された情報は、選択された送信先や サービスによって取り扱われ、Kuuloa LLC によって取り扱われるものではありません。

課金

RepCue が有料機能を提供する場合、購入は Apple の StoreKit および App Store によって 処理されます。Kuuloa LLC はユーザーの支払いカード情報を受け取りません。

解析、トラッキング、広告

RepCue は、第三者広告 SDK、第三者解析 SDK、クロスアプリ広告目的の トラッキングを利用しません。また、個人データを販売しません。

ローカルのワークアウトデータは、ユーザーがアプリ内で編集または削除する、 利用可能な場合にアプリデータを消去する、またはアプリを削除するまで、 ユーザーの端末内に残ります。端末内にのみ保存されたデータへ Kuuloa LLC が アクセスしたり削除したりすることはできません。

子どものプライバシー

このアプリは一般向けであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
