Sake Log - Kiroku is a local-first app by Kuuloa LLC for keeping private sake bottle records on the user's device. No account is required to use the app.

Data Stored in the App

The app may store the following information in local app storage when entered, selected, captured, or recorded by the user:

• Sake label photos selected or captured by the user
• Bottle records, including bottle name, brewery, style, prefecture, rating, flavor tags, serving style, price, place, notes, and date
• Text selected or entered by the user after viewing on-device OCR suggestions
• App preferences such as language, photo quality, default sake type, default serving style, intro state, and premium entitlement state
• JSON backup files, CSV exports, and PDF exports only when the user creates or shares them

Data Collection and Sharing

Sake Log - Kiroku does not operate a developer server for user records and does not automatically send sake records, label photos, notes, backup files, CSV files, or PDF files to Kuuloa LLC.

Users can choose to export or share CSV, PDF, or JSON backup files through the Android share sheet. In that case, the data is shared only with the destination selected by the user.

Photos and OCR

Sake label photos are used only when selected or captured by the user. Photos are stored locally in the app's private storage and are not uploaded to a developer-operated server.

When a user takes a photo in the app, the app uses the device camera permission and saves the captured image as private in-app data. Captured label photos are not saved to the device photo album or gallery by the app. If the user chooses an existing image from the device, the app copies a compressed version into private app data and does not delete or modify the original image.

The app may use on-device text recognition through Google ML Kit to show suggested label text. OCR suggestions are used to help the user enter bottle information and are not sent to Kuuloa LLC.

Purchases

The optional Sake Log Pro lifetime purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. The app receives purchase entitlement status from Google Play to unlock Pro features. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's payment card details.

Permissions and Device Access

The app can use the device camera to capture label photos and can open the device image picker to select images. These actions are initiated by the user. The app does not request location access; place information is entered manually by the user.

Backup, Retention, and Deletion

Records are stored in the app's private local storage on the device. Android automatic cloud backup is disabled for this app. Data remains on the device until the user deletes it or uninstalls the app.

Users can delete individual sake records in the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local app data from the device. Exported files are controlled by the user.

Children

The app is intended for adults of legal drinking age and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app changes. The last updated date will be updated when changes are made.

データ収集と共有

Sake Log - Kiroku は、ユーザーの記録用サーバーを運用しておらず、 日本酒の記録、ラベル写真、メモ、バックアップファイル、CSV、PDF を Kuuloa LLC へ自動送信しません。

ユーザーが CSV、PDF、JSON バックアップの共有または書き出しを選んだ場合のみ、 Android の共有シートを通じてユーザーが選択した送信先へデータが共有されます。

写真とOCR

日本酒ラベル写真は、ユーザーが選択または撮影した場合のみアプリ内で 利用されます。写真は端末内のアプリ専用ストレージに保存され、開発者が運営する サーバーへアップロードされません。

アプリ内で写真を撮影する場合、このアプリは端末のカメラ権限を使用し、 撮影した画像をアプリ内の非公開データとして保存します。撮影したラベル写真は、 このアプリによって端末の写真アルバムやギャラリーに保存されません。 端末内の既存画像を選択した場合、このアプリは圧縮したコピーをアプリ内データとして 保存し、元の画像を削除または変更しません。

このアプリは、ラベル文字候補を表示するために Google ML Kit による端末内文字認識を 使用することがあります。OCR候補は銘柄情報の入力補助にのみ使用され、 Kuuloa LLC へ送信されません。

課金

任意の Sake Log Pro ライフタイム購入は Google Play Billing によって処理されます。 このアプリは Google Play から購入状態を受け取り、Pro 機能の有効化に利用します。 Kuuloa LLC はユーザーの支払いカード情報を受け取りません。

権限と端末機能

バックアップ、保存期間、削除

記録は端末内のアプリ専用ストレージに保存されます。このアプリでは Android の 自動クラウドバックアップを無効にしています。データは、ユーザーが削除するか アプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存されます。

日本酒の記録はアプリ内で個別に削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、 端末内のアプリデータは削除されます。書き出したファイルはユーザー自身が管理します。

子どものプライバシー

このアプリは法定飲酒年齢に達した成人向けであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。

変更

アプリの変更に応じて、このポリシーを更新することがあります。変更時には 最終更新日を更新します。
