ShadowPath / 影結び is a local-first logic puzzle app by Kuuloa LLC. The app lets users solve shadow-path puzzles on their device. No account is required to use the app.

Data Stored on the Device

The app may store puzzle progress and app state locally on the user's device, including solved puzzle status, current puzzle state, move counts, timer state, hint or review state, selected settings, language preference, and purchase entitlement status.

This information is used to operate the app and is not uploaded to a Kuuloa LLC server as part of normal app use.

Puzzle Play

Puzzle entries, progress, timing, mistakes, hints, and completed levels are processed on the device. ShadowPath does not require users to provide a name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera access, microphone access, or health data to solve puzzles.

Purchases

If ShadowPath offers optional paid features, puzzle packs, or a Pro unlock, purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app may receive purchase entitlement status from Apple to unlock paid features. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's payment card details.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

ShadowPath does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking for cross-app advertising. Kuuloa LLC does not sell personal data.

Apple may provide Kuuloa LLC with App Store Connect information such as aggregate App Store analytics, crash reports, diagnostics, purchase records, or TestFlight feedback according to the user's Apple settings and Apple's own policies. Kuuloa LLC may use that information to maintain, support, and improve the app.

Backup, Retention, and Deletion

Local app data remains on the user's device until the user resets progress through available app controls, clears app data, or deletes the app. If the device is configured to use Apple backups, local app data may be included in backups managed by Apple and the user's device settings.

Support Communications

If the user contacts Kuuloa LLC for support, we may receive the information the user chooses to send, such as an email address, message contents, screenshots, device details, or app version. We use that information only to respond to the support request and improve the app.

Children

ShadowPath is a general-audience puzzle app and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app changes. The last updated date will be updated when changes are made.

端末内に保存されるデータ

パズルプレイ

パズルの入力、進行状況、経過時間、ミス、ヒント、クリア済みレベルは 端末内で処理されます。ShadowPath / 影結びは、パズルを解くために氏名、 メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、 ヘルスケアデータの提供を求めません。

購入

ShadowPath / 影結びが任意の有料機能、追加問題パック、Pro解除などを提供する場合、 購入はAppleのStoreKitおよびApp Storeを通じて処理されます。 本アプリは有料機能を有効化するためにAppleから購入権限の状態を受け取る場合があります。 Kuuloa LLCはユーザーの支払いカード情報を受け取りません。

解析、トラッキング、広告

ShadowPath / 影結びは、第三者広告SDK、第三者解析SDK、またはアプリ横断広告のための トラッキングを使用しません。Kuuloa LLCは個人データを販売しません。

Appleは、ユーザーのApple設定およびAppleのポリシーに従い、App Store Connectを通じて、 集計されたApp Store解析情報、クラッシュレポート、診断情報、購入記録、 TestFlightフィードバックなどをKuuloa LLCへ提供する場合があります。 Kuuloa LLCは、これらの情報をアプリの保守、サポート、改善のために利用することがあります。

ユーザーがKuuloa LLCへサポートのため連絡した場合、メールアドレス、メッセージ内容、 スクリーンショット、端末情報、アプリバージョンなど、ユーザーが送信することを選んだ 情報を受け取る場合があります。これらの情報は、サポート依頼への対応とアプリ改善のために 利用されます。

子どものプライバシー

ShadowPath / 影結びは一般向けのパズルアプリであり、13歳未満の子どもを 対象としていません。

変更

アプリの変更に応じて、このプライバシーポリシーを更新する場合があります。 変更が行われた場合、最終更新日を更新します。
