Sober Calendar is a local-first iOS app by Kuuloa LLC that helps users record alcohol intake, alcohol-free days, and lighter drinking days. Reduced alcohol is shown as playful 3D build materials to make daily recording easier to continue. No account is required to use the app.

Data Stored in the App

The app may store the following information in local app storage on the user's device when it is entered, selected, or generated through app use:

• Usual drinking amount, drinking frequency, goals, and unit preferences
• Daily alcohol records, alcohol-free day records, lighter days, and heavier days
• Reduced amount, estimated saved money, calendar history, and progress totals
• 3D build materials, unlocked actions, build milestones, and app progress
• Language, onboarding state, notification settings, and app preferences
• Free trial status and Lifetime Access entitlement status

Data Collection and Sharing

Sober Calendar does not operate a developer server for user records and does not automatically send alcohol records, usual drinking amounts, goals, calendar history, 3D build progress, or notes to Kuuloa LLC.

The app does not use advertising SDKs, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not sell user data.

Apple may provide Kuuloa LLC with App Store Connect information such as aggregated app analytics, crash diagnostics, sales reports, and purchase status information under Apple's policies and user settings. This does not include the alcohol records or 3D build progress stored locally in the app.

Free Trial and Purchases

Sober Calendar may offer a 14-day free trial in the app. After the trial, optional Lifetime Access is processed by Apple App Store in-app purchase. The app receives entitlement status from Apple to unlock paid access. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's payment card details.

Notifications

If the user enables reminders, the app can schedule local notifications on the device to support daily recording. Notification settings can be changed in the app or in iOS settings. Notification content is generated locally and is not sent to Kuuloa LLC.

Backup, Retention, and Deletion

Records are stored in the app's local storage on the device. Depending on the user's iOS and iCloud settings, local app data may be included in device backups managed by Apple. Kuuloa LLC does not operate a cloud sync or backup service for this app.

Users can reset app data from the app settings when available, or delete local app data by uninstalling the app. Data included in device backups is controlled by the user's Apple and device settings.

Health and Safety

Sober Calendar is a self-recording and motivation app. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Users with concerns about alcohol dependence, withdrawal symptoms, or their health should consult a qualified professional or local emergency resources.

Children and Legal Drinking Age

The app is intended for users of legal drinking age and is not directed to children under 13.

This policy may be updated when the app changes. The last updated date will be updated when changes are made.

データ収集と共有

Sober Calendar は、ユーザー記録用の開発者サーバーを運用しておらず、 飲酒記録、普段の飲酒量、目標、カレンダー履歴、3D ビルドの進行状況、 メモを Kuuloa LLC へ自動送信しません。

このアプリは広告 SDK を使用せず、他のアプリや Web サイトをまたいだ 追跡を行わず、ユーザーデータを販売しません。

記録は端末内のアプリデータとして保存されます。ユーザーの iOS および iCloud 設定により、 ローカルのアプリデータが Apple によって管理される端末バックアップに含まれる場合があります。 Kuuloa LLC は、このアプリのためのクラウド同期またはバックアップサービスを運用していません。

ユーザーは、アプリ内設定でリセット機能が利用できる場合はそこからデータをリセットできます。 また、アプリを削除することで端末内のアプリデータを削除できます。端末バックアップに含まれる データは、ユーザーの Apple および端末の設定により管理されます。

健康と安全について

Sober Calendar は、自己記録と継続のためのモチベーションを支援するアプリです。 医療機器ではなく、医学的な診断や治療を提供するものではありません。また、専門的な 医療助言の代わりになるものではありません。アルコール依存、離脱症状、健康状態に 不安がある場合は、資格を持つ専門家または地域の緊急窓口に相談してください。

子どもと法定飲酒年齢

このアプリは、法定飲酒年齢に達したユーザーを対象としており、13 歳未満の子どもを 対象としたものではありません。

変更

アプリの変更に応じて、このプライバシーポリシーを更新する場合があります。 変更時には最終更新日を更新します。
