Weight Meal Log - Kiroku is an iOS app by Kuuloa LLC for privately recording body weight, meal photos, and daily notes on the user's device. No account is required to use the app.

Data Stored in the App

The app may store the following information in local app storage when entered, selected, captured, or changed by the user:

  • Body weight records and their dates
  • Meal photos selected or captured by the user
  • The display order of meal photos for each day
  • Daily notes, such as exercise, training, events, or other personal memos
  • App settings, such as language preference, weight unit, theme, app lock setting, HealthKit sync setting, graph scale preference, onboarding state, and review or survey prompt state
  • Backup or export files only when the user creates or shares them

Data Collection and Sharing

Weight Meal Log - Kiroku does not operate a developer server for user records and does not automatically send weight records, meal photos, notes, backup files, or export files to Kuuloa LLC.

Users can choose to export, back up, or share app data through iOS. In that case, the data is shared only with the destination selected by the user. Exported files may contain personal health-related information, meal photos, and notes, so users should share them only with trusted destinations.

Photos and Camera

Meal photos are used only when selected or captured by the user. The app may request camera access to take meal photos and may open the iOS photo picker so the user can select existing images.

Meal photos stored in the app are kept as private app data on the device and are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. If the user selects an existing image, the app does not delete or modify the original image in the Photos library.

App Lock

If the user enables app lock, authentication is handled by iOS through Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Depending on the device, iOS may use Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. The app does not receive, collect, or store Face ID, Touch ID, or biometric template data.

Apple Health

If the user enables Apple Health integration, the app may request permission to read body weight from HealthKit and write body weight records entered in the app to HealthKit. HealthKit access is optional, controlled by the user in iOS, and used only for the weight-related features the user enables.

HealthKit data is not sent to Kuuloa LLC. Apple Health data is handled according to Apple's HealthKit and iOS privacy controls.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking for cross-app advertising. Kuuloa LLC does not sell personal data.

Apple may provide developers with aggregate App Store analytics, crash reports, or diagnostics according to the user's iOS and App Store settings. Kuuloa LLC may use that information to maintain and improve the app.

Support, Feedback, and Reviews

If the user contacts Kuuloa LLC for support or feedback, we may receive the information the user chooses to send, such as an email address, message contents, screenshots, device details, or app version. We use that information only to respond to the request and improve the app.

If the app asks for feedback or requests an App Store review, the prompt state is stored locally. App Store reviews and review prompts are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.

Backup, Retention, and Deletion

Records are stored in the app's private local storage on the device. Depending on the user's iOS and iCloud settings, local app data may be included in Apple device backups. Those backups are controlled by the user and Apple, not by Kuuloa LLC.

Users can delete daily logs, photos, notes, and other records in the app. Uninstalling the app removes its local app data from the device. Exported or shared backup files are controlled by the user.

Permissions and Device Access

The app may use camera access, the iOS photo picker, file sharing, and local device authentication only when needed for app features. The app may also request HealthKit access only if the user enables Apple Health integration. The app does not request location, contacts, or advertising tracking access.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

This policy may be updated when the app changes. The last updated date will be updated when changes are made.

Weight Meal Log - Kiroku は、ユーザー記録用の開発者サーバーを運用しておらず、 体重記録、食事写真、メモ、バックアップファイル、書き出しファイルを Kuuloa LLC へ自動送信しません。

ユーザーが iOS 上で書き出し、バックアップ、共有を選択した場合のみ、 ユーザーが選んだ送信先へデータが共有されます。書き出しファイルには、 健康に関する個人的な情報、食事写真、メモが含まれる場合があるため、 信頼できる送信先にのみ共有してください。

写真とカメラ

食事写真は、ユーザーが選択または撮影した場合のみ利用されます。 このアプリは、食事写真を撮影するためにカメラアクセスを求める場合があります。 また、既存画像を選択するために iOS の写真ピッカーを開く場合があります。

アプリ内に保存された食事写真は、端末内の非公開アプリデータとして保存され、 開発者が運営するサーバーへアップロードされません。ユーザーが既存画像を選択した場合、 このアプリは写真ライブラリ内の元画像を削除または変更しません。

アプリロック
