TidyPix: Photo & Video Cleaner is an iOS app by Kuuloa LLC that helps users review photo and video cleanup candidates on their device. No account is required to use the app.

Photos and Videos

The app requests access to the user's Photos library only after the user grants iOS Photos permission. Photos and videos are used to show thumbnails, sort local media, detect cleanup candidates, preview selected items, save smaller video copies, and request deletion through the iOS Photos library.

Photo and video files are not uploaded to a Kuuloa LLC server. The app processes library information on the device.

TidyPix does not silently download iCloud originals. If an original is available only in iCloud, the app asks the user to download it in Apple Photos before TidyPix processes it. Apple may synchronize copies saved to or deleted from the Photos library according to the user's iCloud Photos settings.

Local Processing

TidyPix may use on-device iOS frameworks, including Photos, AVFoundation, Vision, and StoreKit, to provide app functionality. Local analysis may include file size, media type, creation date, screen recording detection, similar-photo grouping, image category signals, and text detected in photos. These results are used inside the app to help the user find items to review.

Location coordinates, detected text, thumbnails, and photo or video contents are not retained in the scan cache.

Deletion and Compression

TidyPix does not automatically delete the user's photos or videos. Users must select items and confirm deletion before the app asks iOS Photos to delete them.

When the user creates a smaller video copy, the app saves the new video to the Photos library. The original video remains in the library unless the user explicitly reviews and deletes it.

Data Stored on the Device

The app may store local preferences and app state on the user's device, such as onboarding completion, selected display language, scan preference, compression quality preference, favorite-protection setting, purchase entitlement state, cleanup totals, and scan summaries. This information is stored locally and is used to operate the app.

The local scan cache may contain Photos local identifiers, media type, creation and modification dates, dimensions, estimated resource size, favorite state, and candidate classifications. Users can remove local scan, search, cleanup, review-prompt, and diagnostic history in TidyPix Settings. Removing the app also removes its local cache.

Purchases

Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app receives purchase entitlement status from Apple to unlock Pro features. Kuuloa LLC does not receive the user's payment card details.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

TidyPix does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking for cross-app advertising. The app does not sell personal data.

TidyPix keeps aggregate operational diagnostics on the device. A diagnostic report leaves the app only when the user explicitly opens the share sheet and selects a destination. The report does not include photo identifiers, filenames, dates, locations, detected text, thumbnails, or media content.

Support Communications

If the user contacts Kuuloa LLC for support, we may receive the information the user chooses to send, such as an email address, message contents, screenshots, device details, or app version. We use that information only to respond to the support request and improve the app.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

This policy may be updated when the app changes. The last updated date will be updated when changes are made.

写真と動画

写真や動画ファイルは Kuuloa LLC のサーバーへアップロードされません。 ライブラリ情報の処理は端末内で行われます。

TidyPix は iCloud 上の原本を勝手にダウンロードしません。原本が iCloud 上にのみある場合、TidyPix で処理する前に Apple の写真アプリでダウンロードするよう ユーザーへ案内します。写真ライブラリへの保存や削除は、ユーザーの iCloud 写真設定に 従って Apple により同期される場合があります。

端末内処理

TidyPix は、アプリ機能を提供するために Photos、AVFoundation、Vision、 StoreKit などの iOS フレームワークを利用することがあります。 端末内の解析には、ファイルサイズ、メディア種別、作成日時、画面録画の判定、 似た写真グループ、画像カテゴリの推定、写真内の文字検出などが含まれる場合があります。 これらの結果は、ユーザーが確認する項目を見つけるためにアプリ内で利用されます。

位置情報の座標、検出した文字、サムネイル、写真・動画の内容はスキャンキャッシュへ 保存しません。

削除と軽量化

TidyPix は、ユーザーの写真や動画を自動的に削除しません。ユーザーが項目を選択し、 削除を確認した場合にのみ、iOS 写真ライブラリへ削除を依頼します。

ユーザーが動画の軽量版を作成した場合、アプリは新しい動画を写真ライブラリに保存します。 元動画は、ユーザーが明示的に確認して削除しない限りライブラリに残ります。

端末内に保存されるデータ

このアプリは、オンボーディング完了、表示言語、スキャン設定、動画軽量化の品質設定、 お気に入り保護設定、購入状態、整理結果の合計、スキャン概要などの設定や状態を ユーザーの端末内に保存することがあります。これらはアプリを動作させるために利用されます。

ローカルのスキャンキャッシュには、写真ライブラリ内のローカル識別子、メディア種別、 作成・変更日時、画像サイズ、推定リソース容量、お気に入り状態、候補分類が含まれる場合が あります。ユーザーは TidyPix の設定から、スキャン、検索、整理、レビュー表示、診断の ローカル履歴を削除できます。アプリを削除した場合もローカルキャッシュは削除されます。

課金

Pro 購入は Apple の StoreKit と App Store によって処理されます。 このアプリは Apple から購入状態を受け取り、Pro 機能の有効化に利用します。 Kuuloa LLC はユーザーの支払いカード情報を受け取りません。

解析、トラッキング、広告

TidyPix は、第三者広告 SDK、第三者解析 SDK、クロスアプリ広告目的の トラッキングを利用しません。また、個人データを販売しません。

TidyPix は、操作上の集計診断を端末内に保存します。診断レポートがアプリ外へ出るのは、 ユーザーが共有シートを明示的に開き、共有先を選択した場合だけです。レポートには写真の 識別子、ファイル名、日時、位置情報、検出文字、サムネイル、メディア内容を含めません。

サポート連絡

ユーザーが Kuuloa LLC へサポート連絡をした場合、ユーザーが送信した メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容、スクリーンショット、端末情報、アプリバージョンなどを 受け取ることがあります。これらの情報は、問い合わせへの返信とアプリ改善のために利用します。

子どものプライバシー

このアプリは一般向けであり、13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
