When contacting support, please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue.

Common Notes

  • TidyPix does not automatically delete photos or videos.
  • Deleted items may remain in Photos under Recently Deleted.
  • Videos stored only in iCloud may need to be downloaded before compression.
  • Compressed videos are saved as new copies before originals are deleted.
